It'll be one of the forgotten shows on BBC 3 but at least the 7 episodes that do exist are really enjoyable.
It's a shame that this series is never talked about and there is little to no information about it online as I do believe a lot more people would like it if it was more well known. Because I'm older now I enjoy it even more as I can stomach the cringe moments and second hand embarrassment. The storylines in the episodes are also very stereotypical and fundamentally all boil down to them trying to fit into the lifestyle at uni. I think all these things make the show different in a good way, the characters are all different and have funny moments, especially Fred and Shane, it would have been nice to see them together for maybe one more series because of the chemistry they have. I don't think this is a bad thing though, reminds me a lot of The Office in that way.
It's very stereotypical of what I believe an older person would think about modern day students, and it has a lot of over the top drama between the main character and some of the girls at the university which makes it really cringeworthy. It's got a lot of things in it that would make it not so enjoyable for a lot of people, hence why it's not well known at all and didn't get a second series. They take over the Squid Sisters ' duties from the first game as the hostesses of Inkopolis News at the start of the game, as well as Splatfest events. I watched this back when I was only 11 or 12, my dad really enjoyed so I saw it with him. Off the Hook ( Tentacles) is a pop idol duo based in Inkopolis Square consisting of Pearl and Marina.
